In order to get more accurate results, our search has the following Google-Type search functionality:
If you use '+' in front of a word, then that word will be present in the search results.
ex: Harry +Potter will return results with the word 'Potter'.
If you use '-' in front of a word, then that word will be absent in the search results.
ex: Harry -Potter will return results without the word 'Potter'.
If you use 'AND' between two words, then both of those words will be present in the search results.
ex: Harry AND Potter will return results with both 'Harry' and 'Potter'.
If you use 'OR' between two words, then bth of those words may or may not be present in the search results.
ex: Harry OR Potter will return results with just 'Harry', results with just 'Potter' and results with both 'Harry' and 'Potter'.
If you use 'NOT' before a word, then that word will be absent in the search results.
ex: Harry NOT Potter will return results without the word 'Potter'.
Placing '""' around words will perform a phrase search. The search results will contain those words in that order.
ex: "Harry Potter" will return any results with 'Harry Potter' in them, but not 'Potter Harry'.
Using '*' in a word will perform a wildcard search. The '*' signifies any number of characters. Searches can not start with a wildcard.
ex: Pot*er will return results with words starting with 'Pot' and ending in 'er'. In this case, 'Potter' will be a match.
Our policy is only to charge your credit card upon dispatch of your shipment.
Delivery charges are on a per order basis ie. we only charge you once even if we have to ship multiple shipments to fill your one order.

You can opt for "Insured & Receipted Delivery" which is $6.95. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Receipted Delivery is a signature on delivery service that is available from Emporium Retail Group to our customers.
We attach an Australia Post issued barcoded green and white receipted delivery label which is scanned and recorded into our state-of-the-art system. The parcels are then processed by Australia Post through their network with regular parcels. They are then separated out and upon final delivery a signature is collected.
You are able to obtain delivery details by contacting the Post Customer Care Centre on 13 11 18 or tracking it at Australia Post's web site with your receipted delivery number that we can advise you upon request.
You can nominate a PO Box address. Your order will then be sent via Australia Post Parcel Delivery Service.
It is important to note that once an item has been dispacthed to you via Australia Post we have no control over their delivery dynamics and hence we are unable to guarantee their delivery times .
When we ship to a nominated overseas address we will remove the GST component and advise you of overseas shipping methods.

Option 1. via a Commercial International Courier (slightly more costly but fastest - THIS IS OUR PREFERRED & RECOMMENDED means of international dispatch) as your dispatched parcel is delivered within days and is fully trackable. This service cannot be used to deliver to a PO Box. It is important to note that it is the receiver's responsibility (that's you) for all duties, taxes, custom entry charges, VAT/GST etc that you government may charge. It is also your responsibilty to ensure that we have an accurate shipping address and contact number to facilitate a problem free delivery! NB. The final cost for shipping is calculated based on the weight to your nominated address and added to your order.
Option 2. ECI Express Courier International - middle of the price range that offers relative speed of delivery, limited online tracking. However, there is NO INSURANCE see details here at Australia Post's International site. This service cannot be used to deliver to a PO Box. It is important to note that it is the receiver's responsibility (that's you) for all duties, taxes, custom entry charges, VAT/GST etc that you government may charge. It is also your responsibilty to ensure that we have an accurate shipping address and contact number to facilitate a problem free delivery! NB. Option 3. and regular International Air Parcel Post (least expensive, slower, unable to track and unisured). It is important to note that it is the receiver's responsibility (that's you) for all duties, taxes, custom entry charges, VAT/GST etc that you government may charge. It is also your responsibilty to ensure that we have an accurate shipping address and contact number to facilitate a problem free delivery! NB. Once you advise us of your chosen method we will adjust your invoice amount to reflect your chosen method of dispatch.
