In order to get more accurate results, our search has the following Google-Type search functionality:
If you use '+' in front of a word, then that word will be present in the search results.
ex: Harry +Potter will return results with the word 'Potter'.
If you use '-' in front of a word, then that word will be absent in the search results.
ex: Harry -Potter will return results without the word 'Potter'.
If you use 'AND' between two words, then both of those words will be present in the search results.
ex: Harry AND Potter will return results with both 'Harry' and 'Potter'.
If you use 'OR' between two words, then bth of those words may or may not be present in the search results.
ex: Harry OR Potter will return results with just 'Harry', results with just 'Potter' and results with both 'Harry' and 'Potter'.
If you use 'NOT' before a word, then that word will be absent in the search results.
ex: Harry NOT Potter will return results without the word 'Potter'.
Placing '""' around words will perform a phrase search. The search results will contain those words in that order.
ex: "Harry Potter" will return any results with 'Harry Potter' in them, but not 'Potter Harry'.
Using '*' in a word will perform a wildcard search. The '*' signifies any number of characters. Searches can not start with a wildcard.
ex: Pot*er will return results with words starting with 'Pot' and ending in 'er'. In this case, 'Potter' will be a match.

OverviewThis is a two-volume tie-in to the Peabody Award-winning TV show, Good Eats , created and hosted by Alton Brown. The books will include all 200 episodes of the programmes, complete with all the information, recipes, jokes and food history that have made Good Eats so popular. Book 2 will be published in Autumn 2010. Alton Brown is a foodie phenomenon: a great cook, a very funny guy and - underneath it all - a science geek who's as interested in the chemistry of cooking as he is in eating. (Well, almost.) Here, finally, are the books that Brown's legion of fans have been salivating for - two volumes that together will provide an unexpurgated record of his long-running, award-winning Food Network TV series, Good Eats . From 'Pork Fiction' (on baby back ribs), to 'Citizen Cane' (on caramel sauce), to 'Oat Cuisine' (on oatmeal), every hilarious episode is represented. Each book - the second will be published in fall 2010 - is illustrated with behind-the-scenes photos taken on the Good Eats set. Each contains more than 150 recipes and close to 1,000 photographs and illustrations, along with explanations of techniques, lots of food-science information (of course!) and more food puns, food jokes and food trivia than you can shake a wooden spoon at.
